The Better Sex Series: Deep Core & Pelvic Floor is a collection of practices to strengthen, awaken, and support your deep core and pelvic floor—the parts of your body that influence pleasure, stability, and overall vitality.

These sessions focus on:

- Deep core connection
Gentle but effective work to access your inner abdominal layers and spinal support.

- Pelvic floor awareness
Practices to sense, soften, and strengthen the pelvic floor—moving beyond just “squeezing” into true coordination and resilience.

- Breath & nervous system support
Breath‑led movement to connect your pelvis, core, and nervous system, creating more safety, presence, and sensitivity.

- Whole‑body integration
Movements that link your core and pelvis with hips, glutes, and posture, so strength translates into everyday life (and the bedroom).

This is also the home for my pre‑ and post‑partum–friendly core and pelvic floor classes. If you’re navigating pregnancy, birth recovery, or a changing relationship with your pelvic center, you can use this category to:
