This is a music driven somatic practice designed to allow students the time and space to exercise the body, engage the mind and open the heart.
Through physical conditioning, we “work out” stuck energy empowering students to reconnect to themselves, cultivate a sense of clarity, resilience and presence. Embrace your Natural Movement. The method leans into and enhances how you were born to move. Laura believes that movement is deeply personal and unique to each person. Tune out the noise and tune into your body. Thru intention and repetition we create plasticity in the nervous system finding harmony. And it’s super fun.
