We're back with group classes! Our signature class and a favorite among or clients and staff! This class is a combination of heart rate increasing intervals on the mini-trampoline and full body strength moves using Pilates props. It is designed to challenge the body and the mind while having fun! Focus on flexibility, strength, spine health, agility and cardio all within one class.Props suggested but not needed: med/light resistance tube band, 2-3 lb. ankle weights. You are enough.
