BOUNCE COLLIDE takes the best of the weekly BOUNCE ELEVATED and SCULPT ELEVATED to create a *new* 75-minute workout to keep your mind and body continually challenged. Start on the trampolines for a mini-ELEAVTED session and then toss the rebounders to the side as the mats take the space to finish strong with SCULPT. Are you ready to COLLIDE? Try it out!
