This class is designed for those new to our sculpt method and/or those just getting back into working out in general. Get to know our method here. Learn the movements and match the instructor without relying on verbal cues. Drop into your innate bodys' wisdom and abilities. Repeat the classes as needed until you feel ready to join us in SCULPT ELEVATED. In the beginning, feel free to ignore the ankle weights and work your way there. Welcome to SCULPT ELEVATED's beginner class, SCULPT DEFINE! Props suggested: 3 lb. hand weights, 1.5 or lighter ankle weights. Towel and water. Have fun learning and exploring! Xo
