Our signature class and a favorite among or clients and staff! This class is a combination of heart rate increasing intervals on the mini-trampoline and full body strength moves using Pilates props. It is designed to challenge the body and the mind while having fun! Focus on flexibility, strength, spine health, agility and cardio all within one class. Props suggested but not needed: 3 & 4 lb. hand weights, ankle weights. You are enough.This class is designed for those new to our sculpt method and/or those just getting back into working out in general.
