A full body workout! Rhythm & Sculpt is a great supplemental class to Bounce Strengthen & Tone for days that you need a break from bouncing. This class is designed as a mat class focused on control, strengthening, toning and lengthening muscles to the flow of music. All of our classes offer both hands on and verbal cues to enhance the experience for our clients. Props suggested but not needed: hand weights; ankle weights (advanced only); gliders. You are enough.
