We're back with group classes! A full body workout! This class is designed as a mat class focused on control, strengthening, toning and lengthening muscles to the flow of music. All of our classes offer both hands on and verbal cues to enhance the experience for our clients. Props suggested but not needed: 3 lb. hand weights; 2-3 lb. ankle weights. You are enough.
