This class is influenced by both Pilates and Sculpt set at a Slower pace with high repetitions. This class will leave you feeling lean, toned and relaxed. The intention is to offer a different pace to fit all needs and moods. I recoginze that somedays we need a different flow and I want to meet you where you are. If you need to focus more on control within your own body while working your muscles in a balanced way to achieve strength, tone and mental clarity then check out this class. You will need 3lb hand weights and 1.5lb ankle weights.
