Our signature rebounding class! This class is a combination of heart rate increasing intervals on the mini-trampoline and full body strength moves using Pilates props. It is designed to challenge the body and the mind while having fun! Focus on flexibility, strength, spine health, agility and cardio all within one class. Props suggested but not needed: 3lb. hand weights, 1.5-3lb ankle weights. Let's MOVE!
