Rebounding is our cardio of choice! This class is a combination of heart rate increasing intervals on the mini-trampoline and full body strength moves using Pilates props. It is designed to challenge the body and the mind while having fun! Focus on flexibility, strength, spine health, agility and cardio all within one class.
PROPS USED: are 3lb & 5lb hand weights and 1.5 - 3lb Ankle weights. Grab some water and enjoy!
