This class is designed for those new to our sculpt method and/or those just getting back into working out in general. In the beginning, feel free to ignore the ankle weights and work your way there. Welcome to SCULPT ELEVATED's beginner class, SCULPT DEFINE! Props suggested but not needed: 3 & 4 lb. hand weights, ankle weights. You are enough.
