This class is designed for those new to our sculpt method and/or those just getting back into working out in general. In the beginning, feel free to ignore the ankle weights and work your way there. Welcome to Rhythm & Sculpt's beginner class, RS START! Props suggested but not needed: 3 & 4 lb. hand weights, ankle weights. You are enough.
