You can expect a combination of challenge and release, strengthening and lengthening, precision and grace. Whether you’re a beginner or expert practitioner, this mat workout will strengthen the core, tone the hips and thighs, and flatten the abs. Props suggested by not needed: soft ball; light hand weights.
