EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE (EFT)
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), often called “tapping,” is a gentle yet powerful mind-body practice that blends elements of ancient acupressure with modern psychology. By lightly tapping on specific meridian points while focusing on an emotion, memory, or belief, EFT helps calm the nervous system, release energetic blocks, and create more ease in the body and mind.
These sessions invite you to:
- Soften stress and anxiety
- Shift stuck emotional patterns
- Soothe the body’s stress response
- Cultivate a greater sense of safety, clarity, and balance
You can return to these practices anytime—before bed, between meetings, or whenever you feel activated. Over time, EFT can help rewire old emotional responses, support resilience, and create more spaciousness in how you move through your day.
This is a simple, accessible tool you can use again and again to support emotional healing and embodiment, right from where you are.
